About Denise


Denise Woodley earned a Bachelor of Physical Education from the University of Manitoba. As a youth and young adult she was a competitive swimmer and water polo player, while also working for over ten years with the YMCA as a camp counselor and leadership trainer. Upon moving to Vancouver in 1991, Denise continued working with young people as a Youth Support Worker.

Denise has worked as a Case Manager at AIDS Vancouver for 11 years, where she supported people who were dealing with health issues arising from living with chronic health conditions. Denise is currently working for Sunshine Coast Community Services as the Director of Program and Staff Development.

Denise became interested in Integrative Energy Healing while exploring new ways to assist people in reaching their health goals. She graduated in 2008 from the three-year IEH program at Langara College consisting of over 700 hours of classroom and clinical training.
